Priority direction in development strategy of the Irkutsk cable factory is constant improvement of quality of management and production and manufacture of products according to the customers’ requirements at the world standards level.

Investment activity of the company is organized according to the accepted strategy of enterprise development with the following basic directions: updating of the processing equipment, introduction of high technologies and manufacture of new production and increase also of volumes of manufacture of traditional best-selling in the market products.
